Mike Arden, Maintenance Coordinator

Before joining our team, Mike spent eight years in shipbuilding at Newport News, where he helped construct the topmost portion of the U.S.S. Ford’s tower and advanced into project coordination and management. He later worked with Riverbend’s LiveRoof division before bringing his skills and leadership to our company. In this position, he enjoys connecting with crew members, supporting their career growth, and taking on new challenges himself. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking. He also serves as a board member for the Virginia chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, which helps protect public land. He runs hunter safety courses and mentoring workshops for hunting and fishing in Montgomery County.
