With more than 15 years of customer service experience, Amanda is passionate about creating genuine connections with clients. She first discovered the joy of building lasting relationships while working with Ruritan International and has carried that approach into every role since. Rather than letting clients feel like just another number, she takes pride in remembering the details that make each interaction personal. Known for her problem-solving skills, she enjoys turning tricky situations into positive outcomes. Outside of work, she loves cheering on her daughter’s softball games and her son’s soccer matches, as well as hiking and staying active at the gym.
