Brian serves as Controller at Back to Nature. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong passion for financial management, he plays a key role in maintaining the company’s financial health and long-term stability. His deep expertise in accounting and finance, paired with a commitment to sustainable practices, aligns closely with Back to Nature’s mission to deliver exceptional landscaping services rooted in integrity and customer satisfaction.
Brian brings more than twenty years of experience in financial management to the team. Prior to joining Back to Nature, he held key financial roles across the medical services, manufacturing, and technology sectors, where he developed extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Since relocating to the New River Valley from Texas in 2019, Brian has embraced the region’s outdoor lifestyle, enjoying running, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family. He is the proud father of two college athletes, Ashley, a biology major with a minor in wildlife, and Conner, a natural resources and sustainability major with a concentration in soil and water. He is also the husband of Tracy, a Virginia Tech faculty member in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
