Dakota Martin joined Back to Nature as a Maintenance Account Manager, bringing with him a strong background in operations and team leadership. Before joining BTN, Dakota worked as an Operations Supervisor with the railroad, where he gained valuable experience managing people, processes, and day-to-day operations.
Dakota and his family relocated to the area to be closer to family, and he was drawn to Back to Nature because he saw the potential in a growing company with a strong team behind it. Since joining, he has enjoyed being part of what he describes as a great group of people who care about their work and support one another.
Outside of work, Dakota enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He is also a big fan of rodeos, including trips to Houston, Texas, and loves country music, making time to attend concerts whenever he can.
