Michael Farris, Install Account Manager

After nearly 20 years in civil construction, operating heavy equipment and building subdivisions, parking lots, and other large-scale projects, Michael transitioned into hardscaping to take on a new challenge.

To build his expertise, he completed ICPI, MCMH, and other industry training while learning from experienced hardscape professionals. Today, he especially enjoys complex projects that combine multiple elements and create lasting outdoor spaces.

Michael believes the foundation of every successful project is proper preparation. “The prep work is where the magic happens. If your prep’s not good, your job’s not good,” he says. He also enjoys transforming outdoor spaces into places clients can enjoy just as much as the inside of their homes.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling with his fiancée, watching movies, and building detailed model cars, a hobby he says has strengthened the attention to detail he brings to every hardscape project.
