  • You are skilled in listening to customer wants and needs and translating them into stunning, customized designs.
  • You have sales experience and enjoy guiding clients through the design process to bring their vision to life.You have experience using or are willing to learn plant design software to create compelling landscape designs.
  • You pride yourself on excellent customer service and communication, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
  • You enjoy collaborating with internal salespeople and the installation team to create seamless outdoor spaces.
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented, ensuring plant orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Design:
  • Create detailed and visually appealing outdoor living and plant designs.
  • Use plant design software (experience is a plus) to produce professional presentations for clients.
  • Incorporate plant placement and maintenance considerations into all designs.
• Sales and Client Interaction:
  • Meet with clients to understand their landscaping goals and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on plant selection and outdoor living solutions.
  • Guide clients through the design and sales process, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal sales staff to align designs with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Plant and Material Management:
  • Manage plant orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Stay informed about plant availability, trends, and seasonal considerations.
• Customer Service
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction

• Community Engagement (Bonus Skills)
  • Represent the company at local events, showcasing our design capabilities and services.
  • Stay involved with community landscaping initiatives and networking opportunities.
